I had to fix the rotating handle.

Whoever assembled this put the lock for the rotating handle in the wrong position. It would not rotate. I had to totally disassemble the unit to fix it. It now works .

Its good quality

Matches the description. The heated part swivels out. But it doesn't really make it bone straight because its just heated on the one side. But it does offer some control.

Great for straightening short hair!

I bought this to be able to straighten my hair after I lost a lot of it due to illness. As it was growing in it was too short for a regular straightener so I went with this instead. Super handy and travels well!
