Charged quickly and easy to operate, and that is the good part, after the first use with a 9mm guide I attempted to remove the guide to clean it. Very difficult, no flexibility in the plastic guide. In fact the whole cutter head popped of when trying to lift it. Now then, it came off so should go back on one may well think. No chance. Tried every which way. got onto the web site in the instruction leaflet that accompanies the kit, there is a Chat availability, left a message - how do I replace the head? No reply. Nothing that helps in the meager instructions. So what to do? I disassembled the whole head, then rebuilt it on the unit, so unless you are able to do such a thing - put on the head you want and leave it alone. On the other hand you might get lucky and not have a problem taking off the cutter guides. All that aside, it works well and trims as you would expect. Good luck.

quality piece for a very cheap price. definitely would recommend if on a budget.

Won't keep a charge or even get to full charge

Despite 2 hours to work it all out with instructions designed for a preying mantis, finally got it worked out. USB lead too short, useless, had to buy a longer one. Otherwise, worked surprisingly well.

I used this and it's working really good. I am cutting my husband and my son's hair with this for a while now and getting a great results.
