It worked well for 9 months until the motor made weird noises and the brush head wouldn’t spin. It was good while it lasted.
Bad product. Used for 3 months, then it all of sudden stopped working. Contacted Amazon to get me in touch with vendor. Reached out to them. No response for 3 weeks, then a short response that they will assist, then crickets. Don't buy. Waste of money.
Excellent product
I've only ever had a regular toothbrush, and this ultrasonic one blows everything out of the water!!! I love, love, love this toothbrush!!! My teeth feel so clean and polished..
I got this one primarily because it supported USB-C charging. I did like that feature about it.
My initial impressions of this toothbrush were positive, the battery lasted a long time and it seemed to do a good job.
About a month ago it started making a different, more rattly sound when operating.
A few days ago it started sounding slow and labored, the battery was freshly charged.
Last night it gave up entirely, it makes a whole lot of noise but barely vibrates (the head) at all.
It's pretty clear that something broke inside the handle.
