PRITECH provides trackable shipping on all orders. Enjoy free standard shipping within the United States for orders of $99 and above, excluding U.S. overseas territories, islands, and military addresses.

Total Delivery Time: 8-15 business days
No deliveries on weekends or public holidays. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Sales Tax
Please note that sales tax is included in the shipping cost and will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable local tax regulations.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment with no charge.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation may incur additional return or recall fees.
No modifications are allowed after dispatch.
Even if no tracking number is provided yet, the order may have shipped — contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery Inspection & Shipping Damage
Please inspect the shipment upon delivery.
If the item is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery.
All damages or shortages must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
Notify our customer support within 24 hours of receipt for any claims.
If no damage is noted upon delivery, we are unable to file claims or offer returns/refunds for shipping damage or missing parts.
Consolidated Shipping
When possible, we will consolidate multiple items into a single shipment to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
